DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — Today was the last day of middle 80s for this week: the cold front is less than 24 hours away!
Tomorrow’s temperatures depend entirely on the timing of the cold front. Right now, it’s expected to pass through most of the Wiregrass before noon. This will enable areas to the SE of Dothan to warm into the low 80s, but those NW of Dothan will be in the middle 70s during the afternoon hours. Friday night football will be a bit chilly, so make sure to bring a light jacket to the game especially because winds could gust up to 20 mph.
Saturday will be the coolest day of the next week as highs top out in the low and middle 70s. Sunshine will be plentiful, so get outside and enjoy the nice weather if you can! The only complaint people might have are the slightly gusty conditions. Sunday will be a bit warmer and a bit more cloudy, but the winds will be a little more calm.
Much of next week will be back up into the 80s with an increase in cloud cover throughout the week. Still no rain in the forecast, so any outdoor plans should be good to go!
