DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — The mostly dry and hot pattern will continue as we head into the mid part of the week. Afternoon highs will be in the lower to middle 90s after starting out in the low to mid 70s. It will be a mainly dry day Wednesday, but a few isolated showers or storms may develop.
By Friday afternoon, the shower and storm activity will begin to pick up a little. Then for Saturday and Sunday, more numerous storms will be expected. That is the pattern we will be staying into next week. That will help to keep temperatures a little cooler. The lower 90s will be back in the forecast.
