WDHN Storm Team: Scattered showers continue into late week

DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — Another day, another shower. Just a couple weeks ago we were high and dry with only .01″ of rain in Dothan for the first two weeks of May. Since then we have seen over 2 inches of rainfall with more to come.

Wednesday-Friday will be much like today: scattered showers throughout the afternoon and evening, but temperatures will be a little warmer in the mid-80s.

Looking toward the weekend, we’ll have more wet conditions on Saturday but the rain will become more isolated with mostly sunny skies on Sunday. The Tri-State will be in the mid-80s both days.

But don’t fret! The start of next week looks much clearer after a cold front moves through Monday. Our temperatures will stay in the 80s, and we’ll have dry conditions for the first time in a while.
