DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — The dry and hot pattern that has developed in the Wiregrass due to hurricane Dorian will be staying with us into the weekend. The next several days will be in the mid to upper 90s.
Thursday will be rather breezy at times with sustained winds of 5-15 mph out of the north. At times, there will be gusts upwards of 20-25+ mph.
As of 10 pm CDT Wednesday, Dorian is again a major hurricane with 115 mph wind. The forecast track remains about the same as earlier. The storm will travel along the coasts of Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina. The storm will weaken again as it moves northward. Hurricane watches and warnings are in place for the Atlantic coast.
