DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — If you enjoyed the weather today, there’s a little bit more of that on the way!
Wednesday will be another spectacular day with morning lows in the middle 50s and afternoon highs in the middle 80s. Top that off with mostly sunny skies, and you won’t have a thing to worry about in terms of weather.
Thursday will throw us off the dry trend just a bit. A few isolated showers will filter into the Tri-State, but they should be very light and short-lived. Temperatures will hold in the middle 80s once again as mostly sunny skies and a southerly breeze keep us warm.
Friday’s cold front will bring in those slightly cooler daytime highs and chilly overnight temperatures as we dip into the 40s and low 50s Friday night. We’ll be truly cool for this time of year as Saturday’s high temp only tops out in the low 70s.
Back into the upper 70s we go as more cloud cover and more moisture moves into the Southeast States on Sunday. Those rain chances will be on the rise as we approach Monday.
We’ll start off the next work week with two consecutive days of a 30% chance for showers and storms. Morning lows will be closer to 60 and afternoon highs right around 80 but dropping as we move through the week.
