The warm and dry weather will be sticking around for Wednesday afternoon. Thanks to a southerly wind, conditions will become a little more humid ahead of the next storm system that will be here Thursday night.
A frontal system is organizing in the mid section of the country and will bring with it the chance of showers and storms Thursday evening and lasting on and off through the day Friday. At this time, organized severe weather is not expected. Some breezy conditions and heavy rain will be expected at times.
By the weekend, conditions will be improving. Mostly sunny afternoons are expected with warm afternoon high temperatures that will be in the 80s again.
