DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — Tonight will be cold as clear skies and a northwesterly wind allow temperatures to drop into the 30s. Wind chills will be in the middle 20s.
Saturday will start off sub-freezing and climb into the middle 50s. Sunny skies all day long will be a welcome sight after our multiple rounds of rain this week.
Sunday’s sunny skies and southerly winds will warm us up into the low and middle 60s! While neither day will be bad by any means, Sunday is my pick of the weekend for outdoor activities.
A line of showers is expected to move across the SE U.S. on Monday, but it think it will be fairly broken on the far southern edge. Ahead of the scattered showers, temperatures will move into the middle 60s. Once they move through, lows will drop into the upper 30s Monday night.
Tuesday will start cool, but we expect to easily move back to at least 60 degrees. Any morning clouds will move out and give way to lots of sunshine.
Wednesday will be sunny, warm, pleasant, and overall amazing in terms of weather! Morning lows will be in the low and middle 40s, and highs will be in the upper 60s.
Thursday will see an increase in clouds, and temperatures will be close to 70 degrees. Some showers might form late PM or overnight into Friday.
Friday does have a 20% chance for rain right now. Mostly cloudy skies and highs in the middle 60s will make for a nice day.
