DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — What you see today is what you’ll likely get this weekend. We’ll be high and (mostly) dry over the next few days, so get out there and enjoy it if possible!
Saturday looks like the perfect pool day with temperatures quickly moving through the 80s and into the low 90s by Noon. An isolated storm chance is possible during the afternoon hours, so keep one eye to the sky just in case. Otherwise, the only thing you’ll need to worry about weatherwise is applying enough sunscreen and drinking plenty of water.
Much of the same can be said for Sunday and Monday, but we will increase those high temperatures by just a degree or two and bring up our rain chances to a slim 20%.
Tuesday through Friday will have a few scattered storms each day as temperatures continue to climb close to 95 degrees every afternoon. Overnight lows will hangout in the low and middle 70s.
If you’re hitting the beach this weekend, PCB is an almost perfect place to do so. Temperatures will hover in the low 90s on the beach itself and warm up as you move inland. Storm chances will be low, but an afternoon shower or storm can’t be ruled out.
