Off and on rain with severe weather possible today; best chance for severe weather is in our Georgia counties, but there is still the chance for severe weather, including a tornado, over Southeast Alabama. Along with the Tornado Watch for Southwest Georgia, there is a Flash Flood Watch through the overnight hours. But even without a watch, there is still the possibility of some local flooding in Southeast Alabama. Highs today with be from the 60s to around 70 over Southeast sections, to the 50s over Northwest sections.
The activity ends early tomorrow and we’ll see some sun by tomorrow afternoon with highs in the 50s.
Plenty of sunshine is the story for the weekend with chilly lows in the low to middle 30s; highs around 60 on Saturday with upper 60s Sunday.
