DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — A local ministry that gives hope, healing, and help to people in the Wiregrass has opened a new thrift store.
The Ark held a ribbon-cutting for its new store on West Main Street. With the store opening, this makes Ark’s second store. The store helps raise money for the ministry.
“40% of our funds are poured back into our ministries come from our thrift store sales alone. Arch is such a great ministry to Dothan and even outside our community. It’s just very humbling to see how many people we have to help support us and our ministry here,” said Denice Papac, the office administrator.
The Ark’s other location is on Ross Clark Circle near Dirt Cheap.
