Recent rains across the Wiregrass; Northwest, Florida; and Southwest, Georgia has caused a number of delays and postponements of high school and college baseball and softball games. At the Hartford Recreational Complex, Geneva County High School baseball and softball games are played.
School personnel help maintain the fields and there keeping the playing surfaces in fine condition despite the inclement weather.
