2018 Heisman trophy winner Kyler Murray is reportedly in private talks with the Arizona Cardinals.
The Cardinals will have the first pick in the 2019 NFL Draft next month. Last year, Murray was drafted first in the MLB Draft by the Oakland Athletics. After winning the Heisman award and competing in the NFL combine, Murray decided to stick with football.
“I thought things went pretty well at the combine,” Murray said. “I had some good meetings and got some great advice it was a really great experience.”
Last season, the Arizona Cardinals drafted UCLA quarterback Josh Rosen with the first pick.
