Geneva Panthers hope to have an injury-free season

GENEVA, Ala. (WDHN) — Last year, the Geneva Panthers struggled to a 4-6 record.

The Panthers play in the very competitive Class 3A, Region2. Coach Les Sanders is entering his fifth season at the helm.

“Last year we couldn’t afford an injury, we had four. This year if we can stay healthy, we will do it.” Sanders said.

A week from Friday, the Panthers will open their season at home against intra-county rival Geneva County.
