ENTERPRISE, Ala. (WDHN) — With her parents at the table, Enterprise State sophomore Taylor Jordan signed a softball scholarship with Thomas University out of Thomasville, Georgia Friday morning.
Last season, the Valdosta, Georgia native had a .315 batting average for the lady Boll Weevils. In addition, ESCC coach Traci Harrison says Taylor is excellent with the glove in the outfield.
Jordan thanked the school for preparing her for the next level.
“Coach Harrison prepares all of us for a four-year school, and I couldn’t have picked a better school and community to do two years, so I’m excited,” Jordan said.
Taylor says she chose to play for the Thomas University Night Hawks because she plans on majoring in education and becoming a teacher.
