AAU National World Series to be held in several Wiregrass locations

This month, longtime Wiregrass Cards AAU coach Sammy Fricter received great news.

This July, the AAU National World Series will be hosted at several locations in Dothan, Ozark, Troy, and Troy University. The weeklong event is traditionally held in Vero Beach, Florida. It’ll draw around 70 teams from across the nation, pumping millions of  dollars into the Wiregrass economy.

The tournament games will be played at several locations including Eagle Stadium in Ozark and Riddle-Pace Stadium on the Troy campus.
