Wake Up Wiregrass Cooking Segment Week 1


Slow Cooker White Chicken Chili Ingredients:

2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 medium onion

1 small bell pepper, seeds and removed and finely diced

4-6 cloves of garlic, minced

2 cups of organic chicken broth

1 14 oz. can full-fat coconut milk

Juice of 1/2 lime

2 1/2 tsp. ground cumin

1 tsp. dried oregano

2 tsp. chili powder 

salt and pepper to taste
