DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — An Enterprise man is now facing two murder charges for the deaths of two New Brockton students in a Monday car wreck.

Anthony Miguel Bishop was previously charged with driving under the influence after he rammed his F-150 into the back of a Nissan Altima carrying four students.

One student, 15-year-old Paula Perdue, died that Monday. The second, 17-year-old A.J. Riley, died Tuesday after being taken to Flowers Hospital in critical condition.

Bishop is being held in the Houston County Jail on no bond.
