DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — Around 7:45 a.m. Wednesday morning, multiple units responded to a three-vehicle accident at the intersection of North Cherokee Avenue and West Main Street in Dothan.
According to Lt. Scott Long with the Dothan Police Department’s traffic division, one person was transported to Southeast Health with moderate injuries.
Officials believe one of the drivers failed to stop at the red light, which caused the crash leading to traffic being congested.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
