DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — Will Dismukes made a stop in Houston County Thursday.

Dismukes is a small business owner in Prattville and is campaigning for U.S. Rep Martha Roby seat. Roby announced she would not seek a sixth term as U.S Representative.

Dismukes completed his first legislative session. He wanted to fight against socialism in Washington and the big government spenders.

“In the legislature, right out the gate, I stood for my district and the people there in it. I was their voice and I want to continue that in congress and go to Washington and take a stance against the liberal components,” Dismukes said.

Dismukes will be returning to the wiregrass soon and throughout his campaigning, he will continue to keep the small business owners in mind.
