DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — The radio station Magic 93.1 collected bikes for people in the community on Thursday — Bikes or Bust.

The station was collecting bikes at southside Wal-Mart and its goal is to reach 93 bikes for 93 children in the community.

Earlier Thursday, they were close to 70 bikes and they say they would like to have more than 93 if possible.

“Since this is our 6th year, these donations will more than likely put us over 1,000 bikes for the entire time that we’ve done bikes or bust,” Marcus Kage said.

Donations took place up until 6 p.m. Thursday evening.
