DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — One paranormal group is helping residents learn more about the Wiregrass and some of its more unexplainable historical events.

Monday afternoon Webb Paranormal Group demonstrated some of the team’s equipment that it uses when investigating possible paranormal experiences. Team members also answered residents’ questions about paranormal investigating.

“We’re not trying to scare people, we’re not trying to hurt people; we’re actually trying to help them,” said Webb Paranormal co-founder/research marketing officer Teresa Fikes. “We realized that there was a need in our area and so we just answered the call.”

Webb Paranormal Group has also published books about the team’s adventures.

The group will be in Marianna, Florida, Saturday, October 19, to explore Bellamy Bridge.
