OZARK, Ala. (WDHN) — Ozark Mayor Bob Bunting says he wants to end all speculation about his future plans.
In an exclusive interview with WDHN, Mayor Bunting says he plans to qualify for a fifth term as mayor. The 82-year-old retired Army aviator says there are infrastructure projects that need to be done and he has the energy at both the state and federal levels to help get it done.
“I decided that I want to do it. I feel that I’m qualified. I may have some age on me, but lots of experience,” Bob Bunting said.
Qualifying for the Ozark City Elections is in June. The election itself will be in August.
