Multiple law enforcement agencies work together to arrest four in burglary and theft ring

COFFEE COUNTY, Ala. (WDHN) — Criminal investigators with the Coffee County Sheriff’s Office conducted a search on a property in the Chestnut Grove Community on Wednesday.

During the search, investigators recovered multiple stolen items reported from Brundidge and Abbeville. The Sheriff’s office received help from Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office in Hammond, La., where investigators located more stolen items from Coffee and Pike Counties.

Before the investigation began, the Elba Police Department located a stolen vehicle.

Multiple law enforcement agencies worked together to arrest Michael Scott Odom, 46, of Jack, AL, Teresa Darlene Spears, 48, of Jack, Meagan Nicole Hixson, 25, of Navarre, FL, and Bradley Wayne Moore, 40, of Delano, CA.

All four suspects are facing multiple counts of stolen property.

Coffee County Sheriff’s Office, Elba Police Department, Henry County Sheriff’s Office, Pike County Sheriff’s Office, Brundidge Police Department, and Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office helped in the investigation to return stolen items to the victims.
