DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — Ainsworth is working to make Alabama the most welcoming state for out of state military members moving in.
He’s doing this by making a program called the heroes welcome program.
The program will help military members moving into Alabama from out of state with a website that deals with housing, schooling, reciprocity and finding jobs.
“It’s going to be a website for any military family that moves to Alabama so any issue that deals with a military family,”
Ainsworth said the website will have anything a military member needs. It will be up by next year.
