DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — Habitat for Humanity is a nonprofit organization that helps with homeownership throughout the country.
Sheila Rogers received keys to her new home in Houston County. She started on her journey to homeownership 11 years ago with life ups and downs and 500 volunteers’ hours. Her home in the Hodgesville community is finally hers.
Each donation contributes to new homes every day.
“Thank you so much for your purchase today it makes the difference of the lives of those who need homes,” Connie Hauss said.
The Habitat for Humanity will begin their next project in September in the Webb community. If you have any donations, stop by the Habitat for Humanity Restore.
