WDHN Poll Results: Majority doesn’t feel safe sending kids to school in the fall

DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — The results are in for our latest poll, this time on schools reopening for the fall.

Out of 395 participants, around 78 percent believed COVID-19 will remain as a threat when the fall semester begins.

Around 68 percent of the respondents said they also don’t feel safe sending their child to school when the semester begins.

Meanwhile, when it came to in-person instruction or remote learning, 66 percent said they would prefer the online learning option.
