SLOCOMB, Ala. (WDHN) — The city of Slocomb announced Monday that the Slocomb Public Library will be closed down due to COVID-19.
The library is expected to reopen Jan. 19 at 1 p.m.
In the past two weeks, Geneva County has confirmed 252 new COVID-19 cases, with an approximate average of 18 cases per day. The Alabama Department of Public Health designated the county as a high-risk region last week.
