School tax-free weekend in Enterprise

Enterprise, Ala. (WDHN)—They’ll be “live” entertainment and other attractions to get folks’ to “shop local”. Enterprise Chamber of Commerce officials “Hope”
this weekend will help once again “rekindle” retail along Main Street.

“We definitely want you to support these retail establishments which have a hard time lately and will be open for you a little later. “Those mom and pop shops
that necessarily don’t have a lot of backing behind them , and those are the ones’ we really want you to support”, according to Enterprise Chamber of Commerce’s
Erin Grantham.

For the city’s Main Street Director, Cassidi Kendrick, says “bringing folks back to “the city of progress” is important not only for the economy, but
the entire retail “mindset”.

The Alabama tax-free weekend runs from Friday, July 17th through Sunday, July 19th…
