OZARK, Ala. (WDHN) — The Ozark-Dale County Library will probably have a new home, depending on a council decision.
According to Mayor Mark Blankenship, area officials decided a new location would be best.
Currently, the library is located on James Street near the Dale Medical Center.
The new location would be where the Super Sav Shopping Center Plaza is located.
“You know, we think it will help Super Sav Shopping Center with pumping all those people to be in the library to be right next door to it,” Blankenship said. “We just think it’s a great opportunity.”
The city council will make the final decision in a vote Tuesday night.
