EUFAULA, Ala. (WDHN) — Eufaula police charged a mother in her four-year-old daughter’s death after getting into a fatal accident.
Tresia Lynn Chrystler, 44, of Georgetown ran her car into the back of an 18-wheeler on Jan. 11. Following the wreck, her daughter Josie suffered from injuries so severe she had to be taken to Birmingham for treatment, dying there eight days later.

She now faces charges for manslaughter, driving under the influence, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, second-degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
