COFFEE COUNTY, Ala. (WDHN) — The Coffee County commission approved several resolutions relating to the construction of an industrial park near Highway 84.
The 260-acre site will be off the four-lane in New Brockton. Rod Morgan, the county administrator, says the site already has water and sewer capability. However, it would be an ideal location for a large scale manufacturer.
“A great site off Highway 84 can bring in a new industry,” Morgan said.
The proposed industrial park is under an environmental study which is required before the start of construction.
