DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — The Houston County School Board of Education announced Wednesday morning that it will be canceling its special called meeting.
The meeting was meant to determine what action the school board would take on the teacher situation in Ashford. This was announced after its regular meeting on Monday.
Instead, the meeting is canceled due to “procedural due process.”
The school board will meet again for a work session/board meeting on Dec. 9. After that, it will meet once more at a regular meeting on Dec. 16.
