HEADLAND, Ala. (WDHN) — The Headland Airport is getting an equipment upgrade.
Senator Richard Shelby announced Tuesday that sixteen airports in Alabama would receive money from a federal grant of more than $10 million.
Headland airport will receive over $282,000 for weather reporting equipment.
Airports in Andalusia and Eufaula will also each receive over $100,000 in funding.
