FEMA has denied individual assistance for Houston County.
There just simply was not enough damage to meet the threshold for assistance funding.
Houston County EMA Director Chris Judah said there is nothing that can be done on a local level for monetary assistance for storm victims.
The director also said his office is disappointed with the decision.
