COFFEE COUNY, Ala. (WDHN) — The Enterprise woman accused of trying to kill a deputy with a stolen truck is now back in her home county.
Jacquetta Brown was booked into the coffee county jail today on first-degree theft of property, unlawful breaking and entering, and other charges — adding to the ones she earned in Elmore County.
Brown was charged there after allegedly dropping off a stolen vehicle from Enterprise and trying to run over a deputy when law enforcement arrived to respond to her 911 call.
In response, the deputy fired his service weapon, incapacitating her.
