Enterprise man charged with arson at Santa Fe restaurant

UPDATE:

Enterprise police have made an arrest in the Santa Fe arson case.

At 4:00 p.m., officers arrested Paul Anthony Wilson, 54, of Enterprise, charging him with second-degree arson and third-degree burglary.

Afterwards, Wilson was taken to the Coffee County Jail.

ENTERPRISE, Ala. (WDHN) — The Enterprise Police Department is investigating the fire that broke out at the Santa Fe Cattle Company.

According to an EPD release, both police and fire personnel were called to the scene early Tuesday morning. Detectives then learned the business was burglarized shortly before the fire.

Surveillance video shows a person in a gray hoodie breaking in and stealing money.

Both EPD Detectives and Alabama State Fire Marshals are investigating the case for arson.
