Enterprise man wanted for barbershop shooting turns himself in

ENTERPRISE, Ala. (WDHN) — The man previously wanted for a shooting at the Untouchables Barber Shop has surrendered himself to the Enterprise Police Department.

Shawntareis Dakuan Thompson, 23, of Enterprise turned himself at 10 a.m. Friday after his family made arrangements with Mayor William Cooper.

Cooper was present when Thompson surrendered himself to police at City Hall. Police later took Thompson to the Coffee County Jail for first-degree assault.
