Enterprise High School hopes for 2020 sports season

ENTERPRISE (WDHN) — Today’s re-opening of most retail in Alabama has re-energized those involved in Collegiate and high school sports.

With the start of the fall football season several months away, Enterprise High School’s Athletic Director, Trent Trawick, has high hopes the state may soon give the Greenlight for a 2020 season. Usually at this time, the staff are already formulating their teams and plans for the next school year.

During this unprecedented period, there is limited contact between coaches and players, to stay connected coaches are keeping up with the players via social media.

Trawick says the students appear to be working out on their own.

“I kind of rally the troops so to motivate them and we’re all on board they are on social media doing workouts, and the coaches by
Social media tell them what they want them to do. They are working out on their own.”
