Elba residents arrested in shooting at Enterprise McDonald’s

ENTERPRISE, Ala. (WDHN) — Two Elba residents were arrested Tuesday for the Feb. 28 shooting at an Enterprise McDonald’s.

The Enterprise Police Department served warrants against suspects Carla May Capie, 21, and Kendrick Fernando Hill, 20, of Elba.

The shooting happened after the suspects reportedly got into an argument with another car in the drive-through. Police said Capie pulled out a gun and fired a round into the victim’s vehicle while Hill brandished a rifle to threaten them.

Both suspects were charged with discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling/building and were released on a $30,000 bond.
