DAV Post 94 helps provide a free lunch for first responders and essential workers in Dale County

Ozark, Ala. (WDHN)—Emergency responders and essential workers across Dale County received a free lunch thanks to those who fought for our freedom.
In Ozark on Thursday, DAV Post 94 members grilled hamburgers, hot dogs, and other meals.

The lunches would be transported to
emergency responders and other essential workers across Dale County.

Dale County Sheriff Chief Deputy Mason Bynum says
“In this period of COVID-19 health guidelines and social distancing, emergency responders’ are thankful to the Disabled American Veterans
generosity”.

By the end of the day, several hundred meals were provided to the responders and other essential workers.
