Blakely police search for suspect in vehicle theft from peanut company

BLAKELY, Ga. (WDHN) — The Blakely Police Department is searching for a suspect in a utility terrain vehicle theft.

On Jan. 7, someone stole a Kawasaki Mule from Birdsong Peanut. The vehicle was later seen Wednesday night riding through a Marathon gas station.

BPD Cpl. Chris Craft tracked down the vehicle after it was seen, but the suspect is still missing. If you know anything about the theft, call the BPD at 229-723-3414.
