Bakery employee arrested after allegedly threatening coworkers with gun

COFFEE COUNTY, Ala. (WDHN) — A Coffee County man was arrested after allegedly threatening a fellow employee with a handgun at the Coffee County Baking Company on County Road 476, several miles from Opp.

Fellow employees helped defuse the situation without incident. Harold Nobles Jr., 60, was arrested a short time later at a home near the plant on County Road 474.

He is now behind bars in the Coffee County Jail and charged with making a terrorist threat. Authorities have not said what prompted the incident.
