A strong turnout in Tuesday’s Geneva Municipal Elections

Geneva, Ala. (WDHN)—Throughout the day, city officials’ say there was a steady stream
of voters at the town’s community center.

With incumbent Frankie Lindsey “retiring”, three well-known individuals “vying” for the seat.

Former Councilman Greg Adams, incumbent District Three Councilman John Hughes, and businessman
David Hayes.

For one voter, he didn’t make up his mind until actually casting a ballot.

Each of the candidates’ for Geneva mayor and council say their main priorities if elected
would be “clean up” the city, and attempt to “lure” industry.
