2020-2021 ESCC year under Covid-19 health guidelines

Enterprise, Ala. (WDHN)—Enterprise State Community College President Matt Rodgers says the pandemic has made him
appreciate students and faculty even more.

The focus on the ESCC Campus is “safety with instruction”. Much of the curriculum is on-line, but a plan
has been developed to allow face-to-face instruction.

No more than 130 students are expected to be on campus in class at any point due to class schedules that were
Staggered to reduce the number of students.

ESCC Tutor Jonathan Page says
“I think it’s a new challenge for everyone teachers and students. You have to discipline yourself at home and then be ready to take
classes on campus.”

No face to face instruction was held on campus during the first week of class that began on August 24th.
Masks, temperature checks, and safety apps are a few new protocols.

For school Basketball Coach and Athletic
Director, Jermaine Williams says practice has taken on a new face.

Coach Williams says he hopes the new Boll Weevil Mens’ and Womens’ seasons will get underway in January.
