DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — Courtney Castillio, along with her family, will be honoring her late daughter with a blood drive and homeless supplies drive on her birthday next week.
According to Castillio, young Trinitie was a huge inspiration during her time on this Earth. Trinitie gained her wings at an early age due to childhood cancer.
In honor of her birthday, the family is holding its fifth annual blood drive at LifeSouth Community Blood Center on July 20. At the blood drive, there will be finger foods and cake, a bounce house, an inflatable water slide, and giveaways.
In addition to donating blood, you can donate towards the homeless community. The homeless community will be collecting flashlights, batteries, and umbrellas.
Whether you decide to donate blood, supplies, or both, you will participate in a drawing to receive one of three $100 cash prizes.
The event will last from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m.
