DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — Many churches have begun face-to-face church services. First Baptist Church in Dothan took to Facebook to welcome their members back with open arms and this message.

“Beginning this Sunday, July 5th we will return to one worship service at 10:30 a.m. We will also be providing child care for children birth to four-year-olds,” First Baptist Church Pastor Taylor Rutland said.

With the uncertainty of how long COVID-19 will last and the constant rise of cases in Alabama, senior pastor Rutland says he can not give an exact date on when things will go back to normal.

However, he said he looks forward to seeing everyone in service on July 5th.
