In this installment of “Chop it Like it’s Hot” local health and wellness coach, Cara White, shows us how to make a super easy, yet healthy breakfast item for people on the go. 

Easy Healthy Banana Pancakes Recipe 

Ingredients: 

2 eggs

2 ripe bananas

1/4 tsp. cinnamon 

1/8 tsp.salt (optional)

Directions:

1. Mash bananas 

2. Add eggs to bowl and whisk together

3. Add remaining ingredients and mix until blended 

4. Spray skillet with olive oil cooking spray and cook on medium heat on stove until done.
