ENTERPRISE, Ala. (WDHN) — Many civilians came out to ESCC for a two-hour course to learn what to do if you’re stuck in an active attack event or any type of disaster response.
A presentation PowerPoint was shown to go over attacks you can do, things your body goes through when in these situations, the Run Hide Fight concept, as well as the mass shootings we have witnessed lately.
Chief Spence says this course can come in handy.
“We want everybody to understand that you have to be prepared. You got to have that mindset and you need to know what to prevent you from being injured or killed in the situation. We’re giving proven methods and guidelines to achieve that goal,” Chief Spence said.
The next session will take place on March 30.
