Enterprise police have arrested a man for rape first-degree.
26-year-old Justin Rashawn Sconiers has been charged for the rape of a woman that occurred in January of this year.
According to law enforcement, the victim was incapable of consent by reason of being physically helpless or mentally incapacitated.
Sconiers was booked into the Coffee County Jail with no bond.
