Disabled American Veterans Chapter to relocate in the coming weeks

News

DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — The Disabled American Veterans Chapter 87 in Dothan has been at the Mixson business center for 11 years, but now that is no longer the case.

They will relocate to the Saliba Family Services Center on January 21. The DAV helps veterans with whatever their needs are and act as a referral agency.

“So we’ve been asked to move over to the Saliba Family Service Center at 301 West Lafayette St. We’re in the beginning process of that,” Chapter 87 Commander Daniel Blackman said.

The public will still be able to leave messages at their current location through January 9. Office hours will resume on the 21st 9am-2 pm.
